Churn staging (aka churn prediction) is the method of determining when a customer will stop doing something with you. It’s often used for determining your customer/buyer attrition rate – in other words when a customer will stop doing business with you. However, it can also be used to measure the length of time someone will stay on your automatic delivery program or your newsletter. Artificial Intelligence has made churn staging quicker, easier and much more efficient because it does it by individual instead of in batches, dynamically, and at scale.
